- 1 Lb Fish of your Choice
- 1/2 Cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Crisco or Vegetable Oil
Tartar Sauce
- 1 Cup Mayonaise
- 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
- 3 tbsp Chopped Onion
Mix egg and milk in medium size bowl.
Mix crumbs, flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in medium bowl or bag.
Dip fish into milk then into crumbs.
Fry over medium heat until medium brown. (Usualy 6-9 minutes on each side)
Serve with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.
