Creamy Cajun Parmesan Shrimp & Salmon Alfredo

Creamy Cajun Parmesan Alfredo pasta topped with Cajun Salmon and Jumbo Shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 3 Salmon Filets 4-6 Oz
  • 9 Jumbo Shrimp 
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika 
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning 
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Powder
  • 1 pack Linguini Pasta
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Olive Oil extra virgin

Sauce

  • 4 cup Heavy Cream 
  • 1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves 
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Season shrimp and salmon with garlic powder, cajun seasoning, cayenne powder, smoke paprika, salt & pepper. 
  • Boil water with olive oil and salt.  Add pasta until it's tender. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop cooking of pasta and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Sear shrimp and salmon in frying pan with olive oil. Sear salmon on both sides then place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes till cooked fully. 
  • In sauce pan, add butter, allow to melt and add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chopped garlic cloves, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Allow to simmer and thicken on medium heat and whisk often, so sauce doesn’t burn. 
  • Once sauce is thickened add pasta. Mix together well and topped with parsley for garnishment.  
  • Plate and serve with Garlic Bread
